Aged 6 months in stainless steel tanks, this wine is made with 100% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. At Estimulo’s gravity-fed winery, gentle winemaking produces a silky wine whose plum and cherry fruit is accented with notes of peppery spice and balanced by natural acidity. Supple tannins persist through a long finish.
